Brenda Stango is a Zumba Instructor in Easton, and has been teaching the Latin inspired dance fitness programfor the last two years in Talbot, Queen Anne’s, and Kent counties.
Zumba is a high energy dance workout that uses Latin and International music to motivate participants to try unique moves and combinations that are easy-to-follow. Participants are constantly engaged and entertained with the variety of rhythms including salsa, merengue, rumba, cha cha, samba, cumbia, flamenco, reggaeton, and more!
Zumba is aerobic dancing that is lots of fun and easy to learn.
